1-Mass Flywheel – completely CNC machined from high-quality tool Steel.

For Multi-Disc Clutch system 200mm.

For use with Sachs Race RCS200 housing 999555 & 999556.

• Some changes were made compared to our first prototypes:
• The friction surface is now closer to the Gearbox, so the 2nd disc sits even more/better on the Gearbox shaft, which guarantees even better power Transmission and minimizes wear on the hub.
• The friction surface itself has become thicker, which means it can absorb more heat and thus protects the Disc on the Flywheel.
• We have removed weight from the edge (now longitudinal slots) and incorporated it into the friction surface, so that the rotating mass is closer to the pivot point of the crankshaft.

Starter ring is shrunk and spot welded.

Flywheel weight: 3.1kg / 7.0kg (see selection menu)

There will also be an approx. 8Kg version and next week the VW VR6 & R32 Turbo 6-speed RCS200 flywheel will be released.
